As your doula I am your physical and emotional anchor throughout your pregnancy, birth, and beyond.As an independent doula, I answer only to your voice and your vision. You can trust me to be your unwavering advocate, championing your choices without any preconceived notions or institutional restrictions.

If you have Carrot Fertility benefits through your employer, you can use them to reimburse my doula services.

Full Birth Package

  • Antenatally

    3-4 x 2-hour in-depth antenatal sessions with you and your birth partner to help you prepare for the birth. We’ll cover birth rights, physiology, labour techniques, making informed choices, and more.

    Birth plan and postnatal plan templates and assistance continual support via phone, texts, and e-mails throughout your pregnancy. I will set up a WhatsApp where we can stay in touch, share birth videos and other resources

    If there’s time we can also have a couple of casual meet-ups, for example, go for a coffee or a walk

    Birth

    On call from 10 days before your estimated due date until birth.

    I will be present and support you during your birth wherever that happens.

    I will help you set up your birth environment.

    If you have a birth partner, I will help them support you.

    Postnatally

    1 x 2-hour postnatal visit to reflect on your birth and postpartum experience

Hypnobirthing

  • Experience a calmer, more empowering birth with KG Hypnobirthing.

    I this 4 part course you will learn relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and visualisation skills to help you feel confident, comfortable, and in control throughout your pregnancy and birth.

Prenatal Support in Person

  • Providing you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need to prepare for the arrival of your little one.

    Support is tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences topics can include, pregnancy and birth, breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery.

    Typically I might do a 1 to 1 birth preparation session. I can share hypnobirthing audio tracks, help you with birth planning and share relaxation and birthing tools.

Meal preparation

  • I prepare delicious, personalised meals delivered or cooked at your home. My meals are packed with nutrients specifically chosen to support postpartum recovery. Focus on your new arrival and I’ll handle the healthy food.

Birth photography

  • As your doula, I am there to hold your hand and guard your space. As your photographer, I am there to document the quiet power of birth. 

    I am currently expanding my birth photography portfolio and am looking for families who want to preserve these sacred memories at a special introductory rate.

    Add on to doula support: Since I am already attending your birth, this is a seamless way to ensure your story is told without an extra person in the room. I balance my primary role as your support person with capturing high-quality documentary images when the moment allows.

    Standalone Birth Photography Includes:

    • A meeting (in-person or via Zoom) to discuss your birth plan, your "must-have" shots, and your comfort levels regarding intimacy and lighting.

    • on-call availability from 38 weeks

    • photographs of your labour and immediate postpartum period 

    • A curated collection of professionally edited images.
